Referral Enquiries 

We are currently accepting referrals for 2025.   

 

Connected Kiddos accepts referrals for children who are accessing Early Intervention- NDIS (self or plan managed). We also accept referrals from Child Safety when children are in stable placements.

We do not currently accept Mental Health Plan referrals or Victims Assist funding. 

​

We welcome children and their families to our purpose built therapy space centrally located in Currajong, with dedicated parking however for children who have difficulty accessing community, home visits are available. We also visit Ayr, Queensland every fortnight.
